Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. If you don't see your country as an option please contact me via email at [email protected] and I'll add it to the products you want.

Q: How do you ship orders?

A: I ship with the USPS. If you're ordering from a country that the USPS doesn't ship to, I'll send you an email regarding how I'll be shipping your order. You will receive an email notifying you of your order's shipping status.

Q: I need to change the address for my order, how do I do that?

Q: I need to cancel and refund my order, is this possible?

Q: My package got lost/damaged/contains the wrong item, may I get it replaced?
